About the Project

FTV Sitkom – Kosmos was a collaborative production involving 23 members from three UBSI campus branches: BSI Pemuda, BSI Ciputat, and BSI Cimone. I served as the Producer, overseeing the production from pre-production to post-production and live broadcast.

With only two weeks of preparation, a limited budget, and a multi-campus team, I coordinated the workflow to ensure effective and fair collaboration. I managed production resources, coordinated each department, oversaw the editing process, and prepared the program for live broadcast on the official UBSI YouTube channel.

My Responsibilities

• Managed the production process from pre-production to post-production and live broadcast.
