About the Project

Citra is one of the most significant film projects I have worked on with my team. The production involved a large-scale 57-member production team and approximately seven months of preparation, covering the entire filmmaking process from pre-production to post-production.

I served as the Producer, overseeing the overall production process, including budgeting, scheduling, team coordination, logistics, and production requirements. One of the main challenges was managing a limited production budget and strategically allocating resources across various activities, from production meetings, casting, script conferences, camera tests, and rehearsals to principal photography and post-production.

The film was produced to compete in the Broadcasting Award 2024, organized by Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI), competing against productions from different UBSI branches. Citra successfully received five awards: Best Film – Session 3, Best Director, Best Art Direction, Best Film Editing, and Best Cinematography.

My Responsibilities

• Coordinated and supervised a 57-member production team throughout approximately seven months of preparation and production.
• Planned and managed budgets for production meetings, casting, script conferences, camera tests, rehearsals, principal photography, and post-production.
• Coordinated multiple departments, including Production, Art, Directing, Camera, Sound, Editing, Logistics, and Runner.
• Worked closely with the Assistant Producer, Production Secretary, and Production Accountant to maintain an organized production workflow.
• Coordinated crew, equipment, logistics, and technical requirements during production.
• Maintained production schedules, reports, spreadsheets, and departmental recaps.
• Identified production issues and coordinated solutions to keep the project on schedule.
• Contributed to the film's story development and creative direction.
• Oversaw the production process from pre-production through post-production.
• Ensured the project maintained its creative and technical standards while working within the available resources.
