About the Project

Anxiety is a documentary that explores the issue of traffic congestion around the UIN Ciputat area. The documentary examines how daily traffic conditions affect the activities, mobility, and experiences of people who pass through the area.

In this project, I served as the Video Editor and Voice Over, responsible for shaping the collected footage into a coherent visual narrative and delivering the voice-over narration. The editing process was carried out using Adobe Premiere Pro, focusing on visual pacing, narrative structure, audio synchronization, and creating an atmosphere that reflects the tension and discomfort caused by traffic congestion.

My Responsibilities

• Edited the documentary from raw footage to the final cut using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Organized and selected footage that effectively represented the traffic conditions around UIN Ciputat.
• Arranged the visual sequence and pacing to support the documentary's narrative.
• Created and recorded the voice-over narration based on the documentary script.
• Synchronized voice-over, dialogue, background music, ambient sound, and sound effects.
• Adjusted the pacing and transitions to create a sense of tension that supports the documentary's theme.
• Performed basic audio and visual adjustments to improve the overall quality of the final cut.
• Collaborated with the director and production team throughout the post-production process.
• Ensured the final edit effectively communicated the impact of traffic congestion on the surrounding community.
